Refund policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

This Refund policy explains how refunds work for Everync Pro subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

1. Free plan

Everync's Free plan does not require payment, so no refund applies to it.

2. Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing, but we don't provide refunds for the current billing period already paid for. You'll keep Pro access until the end of that period.

3. Annual subscriptions

If you're on the annual plan and cancel within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date, you can request a full refund. After that window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the year, but you'll keep Pro access through the end of your paid term.

4. Billing errors

If you're charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you'd already cancelled), contact us at support@everync.com and we'll investigate and refund confirmed errors in full.

5. Service issues

If Everync doesn't work as described due to an error on our part, you're entitled to a fix, replacement of the affected service period, or a refund, consistent with your rights under the Consumer Act and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023. Contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@everync.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Downgrades

If you downgrade from Pro to Free mid-cycle, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period, after which your account moves to Free plan limits. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except as described in Section 3 for annual plans.

8. Your right to escalate

If you're unable to resolve a billing dispute with us directly, you may file a complaint with the DTI's Internet Transactions Bureau, established under RA 11967, or with the Department of Trade and Industry's consumer protection channels.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
