Privacy notice

This Privacy notice explains how Everync Software Development Services ("Everync," "we," "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Everync application, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

When you add information about your own clients into Everync, you act as the data controller for that information, and you're responsible for having the right to store and process it. We process it only on your behalf, as your data processor, to provide the Service to you.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. In line with the Data Privacy Act, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected users within 72 hours of discovering any data breach that poses a real risk of harm.

8. Data Protection Officer

As a Personal Information Controller under the Data Privacy Act, we are required to formally register with the National Privacy Commission once our processing meets certain thresholds, currently defined as processing the sensitive personal information of at least 1,000 individuals, or using processing operations that pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects. We will complete NPC registration once Everync's processing meets these thresholds, and will update this notice accordingly. In the meantime, you may reach our data protection point of contact at support@everync.com.

9. International data transfers

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the AP Northeast 1 region (Tokyo, Japan). If you or your clients are located outside Japan, this means your data is transferred to and processed in Japan as part of normal Service operation. Japan maintains data protection laws that are widely recognized as robust, and Supabase applies its own security and access safeguards to data it hosts. By using Everync, you consent to this transfer and processing as part of how the Service is delivered.

Everync is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy notice from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
